“What We Believe and Preach”

  • The Holy Bible is the infallible Word of God. (II Tim 3:15-17; I Pet 1:23-25; Heb 4:12)
  • The Holy Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. (Matt 28:19; John 1:1, 14; Phil 2:6; I John 5:7)
  • All have sinned and come short of the glory of God and are in need of salvation. (John 3:1-4; Rom 2:23)
  • Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ, not by works or human effort. (Acts 4:12; Eph 2:8)
  • The infilling of Holy Spirit is an experience subsequent to salvation, and that it is the will of God that all believers be filled with the Spirit. (Acts 2:38, 10:44-46, 11:14-26, 15:7-9)
  • God has established marriage as a lifelong, exclusive relationship between one man and one woman and that all intimate sexual activity outside the marriage relationship, whether heterosexual, homosexual, or otherwise, is immoral and therefore sin. (Gen 2:24-25; Ex 20:14, 17,22:19; Lev 18:22-23, 20:13, 15-16; Matt 19:4-6, 9; Rom 1:18-31; I Cor 6:9-10, 15-20; I Tim 1:8-11; Jude 7)
  • God created the human race male and female and hat all conduct with the intent to adopt a gender other than one’s birth gender is immoral and therefore sin. (Gen 1:27; Deut 22:5)
  • Healing is provided in the redemptive works of Christ on the cross and is available to every believer. (Isa 53:4-5; I Pet 2:24)
  • The Church consists of all those who have received Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. (Eph 1:22, 2:19-22; Heb 12:23)
  • The bodily resurrection of the just unto life and the unjust unto eternal damnation. (John 5:28; Acts 24:15)
  • Water baptism by immersion and observance of the Lord’s Supper. (Matt 28:19; Mark 1:9, 16:16; Luke 3:21; Acts 2:38; I Cor 11:24-25, 28)
  • The imminent, personal and visible return of Jesus Christ. (Rom 11:25, 27; II Thess 1:7; Rev 19:11-16, 20:1)
